In this entry, I have added a kitbashed assault cannon arm from the blood angels furioso kit for my contemptor dreadnought. I’m very pleased with the results especially since the whole build utilized GW parts with the exception of the tip of the assault cannon barrel. Managed to prime the model with resin primer/black basecoat.
This is very impressive that you just made an assault cannon and it connects with the whole design like it was intended to be. I can really identify all the parts you used. libby dreadnought arm, landspeeder typhoon missile mount & landspeeder assault cannon housing.
I'm curious, would you be able to do the same for warmachine models? My group of friends all have plenty of war jacks and would be nice to see a demo on how you would modify those models. Good stuff!!!
You have a good eye sir… yes those were the parts. No I haven’t touched anything warmachine. I guess it isn’t too popular here in hong kong so although I’ve seen them for sale here, I don’t recall seeing any of the cooler looking steampunk robots.
